Refund policy
We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts (for reasons not caused by us), or are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. Full refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect shipments or manufacturing defects.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. In some instances, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. You may also want to check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@andernyoga.com.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced and sale items are eligible for refunds. Final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@andernyoga.com.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original buyer, and they will be notified of the return.
